My current feeling:
Frustrated.
My current thoughts are:
Traffic was really heavy when I left work last night, it took me an hour to get home. This meant I didn’t have time to do a workout before going out ringing again. It was quite revealing just how annoyed I got as I sat in line not moving very far. If things don’t go as planned, and I don’t get to do my workout I get very annoyed and it spills out for a while when I get in.
My physical state is:

Woke up with a sore throat this morning, the usual prelude to a cold starting. Hope this doesn’t develop into anything much and put me out of action.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Continuing writing up Coding paper.
3) Re-engage with coaching qualification.
My desired emotion for today is:
Determined.

Made a real start to the Coding paper.

Got through the introduction, exec summary and the first interview notes into the main body of the document. I can now see how the document will unfold.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Focus on work that needs completing by the end of the month.

Get the evening to myself. C’s going out with former colleagues so won’t be home until late.
