All that angst yesterday about the Dentist and it was over in a flash and not what I expected at all. The filling I thought she was going to do she said she didn’t need to any more, but decided that she’d fill another tooth on the other side that she’d not previously indicated needed one. This she managed to do without having to use the drill or any other tools. She just quietly packed it and said it was all done. Bizarre. I had 3 meetings throughout the day, and ticked off several actions. I even did a full workout and an abs finisher.

After managing yesterday’s workout and abs finisher, I decided I was on the mend a bit from this cold. I decided to try today’s workout first thing whilst C was in the shower. I feel really energised and ready to go. I didn’t quite do the AMRAP at the end but fully intend to next time I do that workout. Its done for the day.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Early morning workout and refuel breakfast.
2) Exec and Workgroup Leads meeting this morning.
3) Buy some fresh flowers.
My desired emotion for today is:
Buzzing.

Knowing that I can safely do a workout first thing in the morning without having dangerous dizzy spells is a game changer.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
It means on busy weekends I can get it out of the way before dealing with the rest of the day and either not having time later on, or not feeling inclined to. It energises and sets me up for the day.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Relearn Rutland for the Cumberlands peal attempt.
