Better

My current feeling:
Better.

My current thoughts are:
My cold seems to be on the way out now. Less sneezing and breathing better, and in turn better sleep. Just have a residual stuffy nose, even though it’s not blocked, and a bit of a cough. Doing the workout first thing yesterday was a game changer. Knowing I can now do them first thing without feeling dizzy gives extra opportunities at the weekends and if we’re away. It means I can get on with the rest of the day, not worrying about when I’ll be able to fit it in, or whether I’ll be bothered later on. CCCBR Exec and Workgroup leads meetings went ok. Really starting to get traction on things now and calling out when things don’t progress. I had the rest of the day to myself so popped into town for some flowers and other bits. Had time for some reading and a nap before C got home. Then a leisurely evening.

My physical state is:
Robust.

My physical state is a result of:
Managing to keep up with workouts this week and actually doing more then I’d planned has been great. Really sticking to the food plan as much as possible, still allowing a treat, but talking myself out of unnecessary snacks or extra food at lunchtime. Using up what’s in the cupboard and fridge.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prep for the week ahead.
2)  Peal attempt this afternoon.
3)  Catch up facetime with R this evening.

My desired emotion for today is:
Successful.

I am a woman who:
Plans.

Today I will let go of:
Concern.

Today I choose to add:
Relationships

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Looking forward to catching up with R.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
It seems catching up with R only happens when I push for it, it would be nice if she instigated it occasionally, but I’ll take what I can get. Hopefully she’ll be in a chatty mood after work and tell us what’s going on in her world.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Getting back into a rhythm of project management at work and pre reading project information.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Set myself a December challenge of 10 mins abs workout every day.
