My current feeling:
Scholarly.

My current thoughts are:
Relearning a number of things this week. 1) How to pick up a major project that’s already in flight and keep it moving forward. 2) Choosing my WOTY for 2025. I have a shortlist of about 7 or 8 words, then I hear or see another one and add that, so I need to sit with each word, consider it’s definition, and how it will help shape next year for me. 3) Need to revise some methods for tonight. We’re taking one of our our learners over to Writtle tonight and last time I was asked very late in the day to learn things which I didn’t have time to do, so I said I’d make more effort this time.

My physical state is:
Ready.

My physical state is a result of:
All being well I should manage a workout tonight before going ringing. Feel ready to tackle another new one from this cycle.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Attend project meetings today and try to get up to speed.
2)  Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3)  Catch up with colleague and make plans for our day out in December.

My desired emotion for today is:
Learning.

I am a woman who:
commits and achieves.

Today I will let go of:
Imposter syndrome.

Today I choose to add:
Bravery.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Learner M is doing brilliantly.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Surprised M with trying the treble to Plain Bob Doubles last night. Thought I’d see how she managed with plain hunting when the order of the bells changes each lead. No one standing behind her. She was brilliant. We had to keep G on standard Plain Hunt Doubles and it was still like the first time he’d every tried it. Taking M to Writtle tonight and see how she gets on over there.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Caught up on Diamond call and Cool, Calm and Collected  SOSI lessons.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
End the year on a high.
