Met with a friend/colleague yesterday and started planning a day out we’re having in December. We’re going into London for the day and wanting to see the Christmas Lights, maybe a bit of shopping, but wanted to do something special too. We landed on a Bustour afternoon tea. We opted for a later session so it’ll be getting darker so we can see the lights better. It’ll round up the day nicely. Haven’t quite figured the rest of it out yet. Also been planning what to gift people for Christmas. A few years back I made cookies and edible treats for co-workers. I quite like the idea of doing the same again.

Did a quick 20 min session before ringing and my quads are feeling it this morning. Looking forward to doing a longer workout tonight as C will be late back from his ringing.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime wallk and podcast.
2) Workout and maybe an abs finisher.
3) Food planning for next week.
My desired emotion for today is:
Optimistic.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Its taken 2 weeks to shift the 7lbs I put on over 4 days away. I’ve been very strict about not eating extra snacks when I’ve felt the urge. I’ve been good at increasing fluid intake as well, this week adding a green smoothie into the mix to help flush things along.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Getting back to work.
