My current feeling:
Industrious.
My current thoughts are:
I only have one meeting today, and that should be an easy one. There are several emails needing action but none lengthy. I have a couple of other admin tasks to do: papers to write and others to sort. I need to sort through my bras. The one I wanted to wear yesterday is now way too big, so I ought to have a clear out and take whatever doesn’t fit to the shop so they can recycle them. There’s nothing wrong with any of them. Then, there’s a 3 week pile of ironing which I could get started on today. And fit in a workout.
My physical state is:
Anticipating.
My physical state is a result of:
Choosing which workout to do today, and whether to tack on an abs finisher.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Productive meeting.
2) Foused action.
3) Deliberate choices.
My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.
I am a woman who:
Does not waste time.
Today I will let go of:
Procrastination.
Today I choose to add:
Focus.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Applying SOSI learning.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
Listening to Tonya during the week on my lunchtime walks, she was saying the average person wastes around 1500 hours per year through procrastination, poor planning, failure to follow through and distractions, yet complains they’re too busy to fit in things like selfcare, self development etc. I noticed I do this a lot. I can see I have things that need doing and sometimes don’t do any of it, yet feel there’s no time in the day to fit it all in. It’s more to do with the discipline of getting things done and not putting off those little jobs that won’t take long, but seem to be a distraction. Putting the phone away and not letting yourself get distracted by social media or messages.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
What could I do and achieve with 1500 hours of not being distracted?
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Write the list for today, and get it done.
