My current feeling:
Downsized.
My current thoughts are:
In a good way. Recently been adding to my wardrobe but a size smaller. Jeans and trousers now size 14, tops and jumpers in medium. Very exciting. Probably spent way too much on new clothes this month, but so what. I even bought some new workout gear, way more expensive, even in the Black Friday sale, than I would normally spend, but I wanted quality that fits and feels right and will last.
My physical state is:

I don’t often get to workout on a Sunday but should be able to today thanks to having got all the ironing done. I can add an abs workout in for good measure too.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prep for the week ahead.
2) Add workouts to my day.
3) Read in peace and quiet.
My desired emotion for today is:
Zen.

will enjoy solitude and inner peace.

Get to spend time relaxing, regrouping and without having to rush about or fit things in.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
I get to slow down and breathe. I have time to myself this morning as C goes to Church, then more time to myself this evening as he’s out ringing twice. I get to stay within my red velvet rope for one of those, as I’ve chosen not to participate because I don’t enjoy it.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
4lbs left to lose before Christmas. I can do this.
