My current feeling:
Relaxed.
My current thoughts are:
Enjoyed my day yesterday. No ironing to do, only one lot of ringing in the morning, than a relaxed day reading, food prepping, and doing a workout with an abs finisher before settling down to watch Wolf Hall.
My physical state is:
Strong.
My physical state is a result of:
Did a 24 min dumbell strength workout followed by a 10 min abs finisher. Getting a stronger core but still can’t hold a side plank or elbow plank for very long.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Start revising for coaching exam.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout before ringing tonight.
My desired emotion for today is:
Dedicated.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
It was lovely to have time to myself and time to do what I wanted. Whilst C was out for a few hours I got to workout for as long as I wanted then sit and read in absolute quiet. I got to watch a programme fully attentive and in peace.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I’ve got to get back into coaching theory mode for the exam resit, and get back into project management mode.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Clearly too much cheese and chocolate before bed gives you funny dreams. Jack Black as a kid in an adults body teaching a class of kids how to write descriptions. Homework set was to find two examples of descriptions. One, a short sentance eg. the gloomy sky, and another fuller description about a paragraph long. Vey odd!
