I’m having trouble downloading the software on my laptop that will allow me to do some practice coaching exams. If I can’t get it on there, my tutor has suggested I do it over Teams with her telling her which answers to put. I don’t really want to do that as its extra pressure. I phoned the company yesterday and told them the issue and they’re supposed to get back to me today. I also have a couple of meetings about my project that will be asking me to commit my tech team to a timeline for January. I’m not sufficiently familiar with the project get to be confident about doing that, so have invited someone else along for support.
My physical state is:
Great.
My physical state is a result of:
A 20min HIIT and Cardio blast before ringing last night. Just enough to get the heartrate up, and time to let it come down again before ringing.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Participate in project meetings.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout before ringing tonight.
My desired emotion for today is:
Learning.
