My current feeling:
Successful.

My current thoughts are:
Being determined about losing these extra few pounds before Christmas is working so far. Lost 2lbs this week. 3 more to go throughout December. Been really strict about not eating extra snacks, even when my tummy has been rumbling. Chose to drink water instead. Need to be extra disciplined with all the Christmas treats around now.

My physical state is:
Undecided.

My physical state is a result of:
Did a 30 minute full body blast, including the AMRAP at the end this time. My shoulders particularly feel a bit weak this morning. Can’t decide at the moment whether to push through a workout tonight or have a rest day.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Pick up some coaching theory learning.
2)  Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3)  CCCBR Exec Meeting about 2025 budgets.

My desired emotion for today is:
Decisive.

I am a woman who:
Makes her mind up.

Today I will let go of:
Pressure.

Today I choose to add:
Ease.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Useful project management conversation.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I wonder if I hadn’t called for the meeting whether the information I need would have been volunteered at all. Seems like I’m the one pushing for information, rather than being given the full picture.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Got to get to grips with coaching theory again and pretty quick.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
I bought a brand new pair of shoes which arrived yesterday. They’re too big, but already C has disposed of the packaging so I can’t send them back. I now have shoes too big and £54 out of pocket.
