Accomplished

My current feeling:
Accomplished.

My current thoughts are:
For several months I’ve been writing and refining some documents arined at supporting Workgroup Leads in their role and for new CC Reps who don’t know how the CCCBR works and some of the recent history of how we’re where we are. There has been some useful feedback and additional information added, but they are now ready to share with the audiences they were designed for. I’m sure I’ll get lots of feedback but that’s ok, they need to be useful for people.

My physical state is:
Stable.

My physical state is a result of:
Already I can feel and see an improvement in my abs. The only issue is with my shoulders trying to stay up in planks and side planks. They seem to want to give out first. Hopefully they’ll get stronger too.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Get my head around governance reporting.
2)  Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3)  Workout and abs session.

My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.

I am a woman who:
will figure it out.

Today I will let go of:
delay.

Today I choose to add:
joyous vibes.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Yesterday was the day of documents.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Reformatted the Coding document and sent that off. The two CCCBR documents are ready to go. I’ve read through other documents that needed careful reading and started drafting others.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Finalise what I’m going to wear tomorrow and book my train tickets. Find out how to get from central London to Victoria bus station.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Tomorrow’s going to be great fun.
