Heading to London today with a friend. We’re having breakfast at Liberty’s then wandering around the Christmas sights of London before having Afternoon Tea on a bus as it drives around the Christmas lights. Looking forward to a good catch up with her, seems like ages since we had a proper chat.
My physical state is:
Toning.
My physical state is a result of:
I did a lower body workout followed by my 10 minute abs session last night. Starting to feel and see a difference in my core strength but wish my shoulders would cope with the planks.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Dressing up to go out.
2) Wandering around the Christmas sights of London.
3) Abs session but later.
My desired emotion for today is:
Carefree.

Enjoys the experiences and goes with the flow.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I’m getting to experience a wealthy day out because my friend has booked leave from work to come out with me. She has also booked where to go for breakfast and the afternoon tea bus trip. She has a better knowledge of places to go in London.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Check in day tomorrow. I’ve taken the photos already and weighed myself today just in case the scales aren’t kind tomorrow.
