Awesome.

My current thoughts are:
Had a lovely day out in London yesterday. Breakfast at Liberties followed by a wander around some shops. A glass of wine, then our afternoon tea on a bus as it took us on a tour of the city to see the lights. No rushing about, no pressure, lovely catch up and lots of steps. Got home in time for my 10 minutes abs session, then out ringing a successful quarter peal.

My physical state is:
Dynamic.

My physical state is a result of:
Did my 10 minutes abs session first thing today as we have a busy day ahead. I managed both planks and side planks for the full 45 seconds for the first time. Ready for a peal attempt this morning, over 3 hrs of ringing.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Early abs session.
2)  Checking into the next cycle of workouts and recipes.
3)  Good ringing during the peal attempt.

My desired emotion for today is:
Resilient.

I am a woman who:
Sets out her intentions.

Today I will let go of:
Selfishness.

Today I choose to add:
Support.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Lots of walking, workouts and ringing.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
15,000 steps yesterday, an abs workout, successful quarter peal yesterday. Early morning abs session, peal attempt, and Association Carol Service today. Busy, busy.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Check out the new workouts and recipes.
