My current feeling:
Powerful.
My current thoughts are:
Did my 10 minute abs session first thing yesterday, followed by checking in to the next advanced plus cycle. I’d lost one lb since last time, and some of my other stats had gone up, but I wasn’t overly bothered because I know overall I’ve lost over 2 stone and loads of inches. I rang a peal in the morning for 3hrs 23 mins, then had a pub lunch and a couple of glasses of red wine. We went straight to the Association Carol Service. Luckily the church was nice and warm and the service short. Hung around chatting to people afterwards over coffee and mince pies before coming home and sharing a curry take away with C. Neither of us where too hungry, in fact I could have managed without, so we had half each. I fell asleep pretty quickly after dinner.
My physical state is:
Achy.
My physical state is a result of:
I do ache a bit in the arms and shoulders from yesterdays peal, and there’s lots more ringing today as well. I have a new 10 minute abs routine to try, from my new cycle.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Abs workout.
2) Food prep for the week ahead.
3) Quarter peal for the Interim Dean.
My desired emotion for today is:
Successful.
I am a woman who:
Magnetises success.
Today I will let go of:
Excuses.
Today I choose to add:
Positivity.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Talking to those who trigger.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
At the peal and the Carol Service, I had occasion to be around two of the main people who have been insulting and triggering to me over the last year. I purposefully chatted to both at the various events. I also spoke to several others who were more fun to hang out with.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I have put on a couple of Ibs again due to yesterday’s indulgence so need to focus on losing them before Christmas, although it’s getting harder.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Yesterday, someone said I’d lost a lot of weight since I last saw them so I reassured them it was on purpose and not due to illness or anything untoward. It was nice to have someone notice and say how good I looked.
