My current thoughts are:
Didn’t have a particularly busy weekend, not by our usual standards anyway, but feel a bit draiined this morning. Got all the presents wrapped, ironing done, food prep complete and two workouts in the bag. Slept pretty well for a change. Sneezed a few times already this morning so perhaps I’m heading for a cold. Who knows? This is my last four days at work before Christmas and a couple of weeks off.
My physical state is:
Looser.
My physical state is a result of:
Not so sore or tight as I have been over the last few days. Maybe the after effects of the message have worn off now, and I did get to move my body yesterday. Two of the next 12 Days of Christmas challenge complete, one of which counted as my abs challenge too.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walle and podcast.
2) Quick workout before ringing.
3) Festive food at ringing, although i’ll do my best to avoid it.
My desired emotion for today is:
Progressive.

Got all the Christmas, and Dad’s birthday presents wrapped. Only need to get a gardening voucher, then I’m done. Got everything I need ready to bake Dad’s birthday cake at the weekend.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Focus on clearing jobs before holiday time.
