My last day in the office today, then a total of 17 days out if you include my non-working Fridays and the weekends. There are several things I need to get done today to make sure everyting is tidy before I go.

Having completed the 12 Days of Christmas Challenge I signed up for the 14 Day Fat Burner Challenge which isn’t really 14 days of workouts, but 6 spread over 2 weeks. I did the first one last night and really enjoyed it. I think I prefer the fast and furious over strength training. Of course, the 2 weeks includes Christmas week, so it’ll be good to burn off the excessive eating calories.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Concentrating on getting stuff done.
3) Fat Burner workout #2.
My desired emotion for today is:
Composed.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Had a really good chat with one of my colleagues yesterday where they felt comfortable to share all their worries and woes. The conversation lasted nearly 2 hrs but I think it was cathartic for them to be able to vent and I’m glad they felt I was a safe person to do that with. I hope they felt better for it.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get things tidied up at work ready for my leave. Lots of small niggly things to do, nothing that should take too long individually.

Picked the right week to do the Fat Burner challenge, right over Christmas Day etc. Hopefully it will fit around things well.
