Habitual.

My current thoughts are:
There are some good habits I’ve cultivated over the last couple of years, mainly since I’ve been in SOSI and really started connecting the dots. The biggest has probably been around my health, getting everything checked, going to every appointment and really focussing on exercise and better eating habits. Choosing a WOTY really does help focus the mind, and what you seek, you find. Things will come to you if you are open to looking for them. The Body Coach app came along just as I’d committed to Healthy for 2023. Opportunities to encounter wealthy experiences showed up in 2024 and generate more wealth financially. I’m looking forward to receiving whatever comes my way in 2025 as I embark on magnetism. I want to be open to creating new, positive habits that allow me to give and receive magnetically, drawn to good things, drawing good things to me, and giving out good things in return.

Ready.

My physical state is a result of:
Last of the Fat Burner challenge workouts to complete today and penultimate abs challenge. As I’m at home all week, I can really get stuck into the last few days of this cycle. I’ve hardly done any workouts from this cycle as I did Joe’s 12 Days of Christmas, straight into the 14 day Fat Burner. I’ll just have enough time to do one of each of this cycles remaining workouts before Saturday check in.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Get some admin out of the way.
2) Final Fat Burner workout.
3) Complete the Curated Year SOSI workbook.

My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.

Excuses.

Momentum.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Clearled the ironing pile.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Doesn’t sound very exciting, but the pile was rather large, full of C’s rugby shirts. It took several hours to complete, but now I’m looking at an empty chair. I know it won’t last long, but I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
One new habit I want to start is to take a photo of something that sparks joy each day. I was reading Fun by Catherine Price and it made me think about looking for fun and joyful noments in each day. Which in turn, reminded me of the SOSI class on finding joy. During the night, I dreampt I was taking a daily photo and posting it without comment on my social media. 1st January sounds like a good day to start.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Woke up with a determined, positive frame of mind today. Not going to waste this week away. Make use of the time I have available to set myself up for an epic start to the year of Magnetism.
