Thrilled

My current feeling:
Thrilled.

My current thoughts are:
I am actually quite thrilled at being back home, in my own bed, with my own things around me, with the added bonus of another day off before going back to work, meaning I can do what I want and need to do. I’m going to prep food this morning then have some admin to do, can read, and relax, do a workout, then go ringing. It feels quite luxurious to be able to do things at leisure instead of trying to cram things in last night when we got home.

My physical state is:
Ready.

My physical state is a result of:
In need of picking up a workout. My body is ready for a good stretch and cardio session.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Food prep for the week ahead.
2)  Coaching course admin done.
3)  Workout for body and mind.

My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.

I am a woman who:
has a plan.

Today I will let go of:
Procrastination.

Today I choose to add:
Dynamic action.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Only put 1lb on.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Quite suprised I only put on 1lb over the weekend given what I’d eaten. I suppose I didn’t actually eat that much really. We didn’t have breakfast for the two days, and yesterday I only had a main course at lunchtime, then a bun with my coffee on the way home. I did also have a minor dose of the squits after lunch yesterday, So that may have helped clear things out. It was only once, so not concerned about diaorreah.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Need to revised some coaching theory. Have my exam resit on Thursday, so need to do some pep work this week.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Lets get these last few pounds gone and down in to the next stone weight bracket.
