My current thoughts are:
Solid, focused day at work yesterday. Powered through some actions and meetings. Rewarded by a late afternoon coffee break with my colleague and friend. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind reviewing my magnetic personality traits and feedback where I lack some skills. She’s in the unique position of knowing me at work, but also as a friend when we go for days out. She’s just about to embark on a new study programme, so I know she’s going to have a lot on her plate, so explained that “no” was ok, but happily she agreed. Its not a five minute job. Its a bit like a Johari Window exercise, asking people to identify your strengths and weaknesses, so you can see what you can’t see for yourself.
My physical state is:
DOMS.
My physical state is a result of:
A 20 minute full body dumbell strength session last night. I used my 5kg throughout and this morning my triceps are sore.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Complete a longterm action and had it over to BAU.
3) Prepare for coaching exam resit tomorrow.
My desired emotion for today is:
controlled.
I am a woman who:

Came out of a meeting, requested by someone else but I drove the screen share, without any direct actions. I just got asked to help the others if they needed it.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Need to pass this coaching exam tomorrow morning. Luckily it’s early, so I can get it out of the way, and I should know within 24 hrs if I’ve passed or not.
