Apprehensive

My current feeling:
Apprehensive.

My current thoughts are:
Got my coaching exam resit this morning. Failed it by one point last time. I’ve done practice tests and got well above the pass mark, almost a destination, but that’s without the pressure. I need to pass this in order to do the observed coaching sessions and interview on Tuesday. I’m having to do the exam at home due to needing to install the software, which they won’t allow on work laptops. Tuesday’s elements can be done from the office. I plan to do another mock test first thing this morning, before the actual, at 9am. If I pass everything I will have a Level 5 apprenticeship in Coaching. The equivalent to a Foundation degree, above A levels but below a full degree.

My physical state is:
Sculpted.

My physical state is a result of:
25 mins full body sculpt workout with Leroy on the app last night, then ringing at Broomfield. Could definitely feel the strain.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Complete coaching exam.
2)  Working from home means no commute.
3)  Resistance band workout.

My desired emotion for today is:
Successful.

I am a woman who:
can do hard things.

Today I will let go of:
Limiting beliefs.

Today I choose to add:
Constructive thought.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Went to the first district practice of the year.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
That means ringing 3 evenings on the run. When I got home C asked if I wanted to go. I wasn’t fussed either way really, and knew he was coming down with a cold so may have wanted to stay home. To my own surprise I said we should go and be supportive. None of the other previous district officers do. We did get there a little late, but made enough to  allow the locals to ring more complicated things with a stronger band around them.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Have a focused day off getting tasks done.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Be curious.
