Relieved

My current feeling:
Relieved.

My current thoughts are:
I did my coaching exam resit yesterday morning. I took my time reading and re-reading each question multiple times before picking my answers. Then went back over it all. I did change a couple of answers. It’s done. If I pass, I get to do the observed coaching sessions, Q&A, and interview on Tuesday. If I pass all that, I’m done. If I don’t pass the exam again everything on Tuesday gets cancelled. I don’t think I get another free resit, so it’s all over. I should find out today if I’ve passed the exam, so I’m going to check my work phone later and see if I have a notification.

My physical state is:
Pushing.

My physical state is a result of:
As I was working from home yesterday, it meant I had an extra half an hour free of commute time to workout. I did my next cycle workout, a resistance band with Leroy, but felt my heartrate needed to be raised more, so decided to try the first of Joe’s January Bootcamp 30 minute sessions. Blooming loved it. Did every move, every round, right up to the bell. I’d also done some indoor stepping earlier in the day, over my “lunch break”. Still not reaching my cardio load for the day though, so will need to figure out how to achieve that.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Buy fresh flowers.
2)  Finance meeting with advisor to check pension plans are on track.
3)  Two workouts again this afternoon.

My desired emotion for today is:
Future proofing.

I am a woman who:
can look after her finances and health ready for her future self.

Today I will let go of:
Anxiety.

Today I choose to add:
Self care.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Getting C to go out, not ringing.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
C has decided he doesn’t want to go to the other district’s ADMs this year, meaning we have a completely free day on Saturday. There’s a film I would like to see, it’s a bit raunchy,  and suggested we should go see it tomorrow evening. He booked the tickets last night.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Inner peace.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Whatever will be, will be.
