My current feeling:
Secure.
My current thoughts are:
Had a good meeting with our financial adviser yesterday afternoon looking at my pensions and other investments to make sure I’m on track to be able to comfortably take early retirement next year, when I’m 55. God, that’s only a year away. I need to look at making sure I’m taking advantage of tax relief on my private pension to get maximum benefits. I can also add additional payments at the end of this tax year to boost my pension pot. I can’t say as I fully understand it all yet but hopefully I’m not getting stitched up. Its interesting that he puts C’s and mine together to maximise our benefits, so I get to hear all about C’s money and plans too, which he never shared with me before.
My physical state is:
Epic.
My physical state is a result of:
Another duo of workouts. Kettlebell burner from my cycle followed by the second January Bootcamp. With those, and walking into town earlier, I very nearly scored my cardio load for the day.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Early morning marketing workgroup meeting.
2) Duo of workouts this afternoon.
3) Cinema this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Focused.
I am a woman who:
Gets on with things.
Today I will let go of:
Excuses.
Today I choose to add:
Action.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Setting myself up for a productive day.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
An 8am Teams meeting meant I had to be up, ready and focused before breakfast. Whilst I was there I made some in roads to clearing a backlog of emails and making sure I’d followed up a few things. This has set me up well to get on with some other overhanging actions that require attention. We’re not going anywhere until later this evening, so I can crack on with some work.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Chores and food prep tomorrow, two lots of ringing and a meeting in the evening. Getting back into post Christmas focus and routine has been slow going, but I think I’m there now.
