Accomplished

My current feeling:
Accomplished.

My current thoughts are:
My 8am meeting yesterday really set me up for a day of productive output. I cleared loads of emails. Followed through on various actions and spent a considerable time clearing very old emails and documents out of my Google drive. I was at it a good 6hrs. I rewarded myself with some time to read, and about a 20min nap. Then blasted through another two workouts, then the cinema in the evening.

My physical state is:
Sculpted.

My physical state is a result of:
Over the last week I’ve really been pushing myself hard during the workouts, making myself do every rep of every move and to the bell. I’ve powered through the pain and stiffness and its really paying dividends. I feel quite sculpted, slim and fit. Ready to tackle the next.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Preparing food for the week ahead.
2)  Two lots of ringing today.
3)  Clearing the ironing pile.

My desired emotion for today is:
Happy.

I am a woman who:
who can smile, laugh and joke.

Today I will let go of:
repressed feelings.

Today I choose to add:
laughter.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Being back in the zone.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
After yesterday’s productivity, I feel back in the zone of dynamic activity. Ready to commit to action, follow through and banishing distraction. Looking forward to a busy week ahead and hopefully, successfully completing my coaching qualification.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Be ready, open and willing.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Getting C to watch Babygirl at the cinema and problably the nearest thing to porn he’s watched, and not such a flicker from him.
