Certified

My current feeling:
Certified.

My current thoughts are:
I am now a certified coaching professional. Two x 1hr long observed coaching sessions, a 20min Q&A based on those, then a 1hr long interview completed yesterday. I was suprised to have received my results so soon, being warned to expect up to 10 days. The observation result was posted about an hour after it finished, within the lunch break, with the interview result posted mid afternoon, again very quickly after it took place. I’m pleased I didn’t have to wait. I’m surprised how nonplussed I feel about it though. C hasn’t actually said well done, just “eggsellent, we’ll celebrate with a curry.” A home made one at that. Not that it wasn’t delicious.

My physical state is:
Ready.

My physical state is a result of:
I will get to workout tonight for the first time since last week. I need a good stretch and pulse raiser.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1)  Posting about my new qualification on social media and Linked In.
2) Lunch time walk and podcast.
3)  First CCCBR Exec meeting of the year.

My desired emotion for today is:
Accomplished.

I am a woman who:
is a certified coach.

Today I will let go of:
misgivings.

Today I choose to add:
success.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Visitors to the tower again last night.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Before our learners practiced last night, we welcomed the new Dean, and visitors to the tower to show them the bells and how they work. They were an interested and engaged group that asked questions and were excited to see it.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Chic, classy dressing, even on my off-days. Just because I’m not going anywhere, doesn’t mean I can’t dress nicely. The only exceptions would be ringing because it needs to be more comfortable and practical.
