My current feeling:
Successful.
My current thoughts are:
Both peal and quarter peal attempts were successful. It breaks a run of not getting peals at Ipswich for various reasons, so that’s put pay to that. It was however, the coldest I have ever been. I got colder as it went on to the point of legs shaking, teeth chattering and almost to the point I wanted to call a stop to it. That’s not really the done thing so I had to persevere. Thankfully, the quarter peal was both shorter and warmer.
My physical state is:
Ready.
My physical state is a result of:
Not going to get to workout again today because lots of ringing and chores to get done, but feeling ready for two brisk walks into town and back, and two lots of ringing.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prep for the week ahead.
2) ironing pile cleared.
3) successful quarter peal this evening.
My desired emotion for today is:
Prepared.
I am a woman who:
plans ahead.
Today I will let go of:
hustle.
Today I choose to add:
leisurely progress.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Grateful to have scored both the peal and quarter peal.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
C was conducting both, and I know how much effort he puts into learning the compositions, calling and coursing orders. All things I have no interest or competency in. I’m pleased for his sake they were both successful.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get back to determined productive working. Setting myself up in an environment that fosters focused work without distractions.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Get back to Pomodoro technique, and focus.
