My current feeling:
Supportive.

My current thoughts are:
I went with my mum to her appointment yesterday. I was able to hear first hand the discussion and because I wore my NHS ID badge, suspect things went a lot smoother for her. She hadn’t been able to get bloods done, or the CTscan thats still outstanding, so they weren’t able to say much more. The Dr gave us a form to get bloods done that day, and advised we went to A&E to see if they were put the pessary back in. Unfortunately the wouldn’t, and it wasn’t an urgent gynae issue so she’s got to get to the GP asap to get it done. If that all doesn’t resolve the issue, then she’ll have to decide whether or not she’ll have to have a catheter. She’ll be back next week for the next appointment, so I’m going to chase the CT scan.

My physical state is:
Ripped.

My physical state is a result of:
Did a 30min full body HIIT last night and went in hard. Got really sweaty and blooming loved it. Lost another few lbs this week and hoping I can lose 2 more before Saturday’s check in.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Chasing CT scan appointment for mum.
2) Deep work periods throughout the day.
3) Lunchtime walk, evening workout.

My desired emotion for today is:
Laser focused.

I am a woman who:
means business.

Today I will let go of:
Drama.

Today I choose to add:
Deep work.

First workout since last Thursday.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Missed working out, seeing and feeling my body getting stronger and fitter. Having lost several pounds, post Christmas extras, plus some, has been encouraging.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get governance doc in a position to share with my boss next week.
