I actually got a real response from C yesterday about the idea of me retiring next year. So far, all he’s done is harrumph when I’ve mentioned it, and not in a positive way. He did the same yesterday so I actually challenged him about it, asking him to say what he thinks. He claims he’s not against it as such, but a) we haven’t had a breakdown of what I’d actually get each month from this new pension, b) he doesn’t know how much I spend each month (he doesn’t need to, its not his money but I did say I spend more than I probably need to because I can but subscribe to the theory of it I can’t afford it, I can’t have it which is why I don’t have credit cards or store cards) and c) he doesn’t know what I’d do with my time. I said I’d been looking at courses, and I’d do things I wanted to do rather than had to do. He said he wasn’t anti the idea but he didn’t sound overly enthusiastic about it either.

Kettlebell barn burner last night. Heartrate up, sweat on. Felt great. Check in this morning to Advanced Cycle Plus 5 and looking forward to starting those moves, but probably not until Tuesday, unless I can sneak one in on Sunday.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Prep for Committee Meeting this afternoon.
2) Look through the new SOSI website and Circle social media.
3) Wear my alternative engagement ring throughout February.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I ticked all but one of the workouts as a favourite and did them multiple times. Some seemed less cardio but still gave a good muscle workout. Showed in the loss of some cms in my waist and thighs and lost a total of 4lbs since last check in.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get familiar with new cyle workouts and food. Get familiar with new SOSI sites, in particular the Magnetic Presence pathway.
