Yesterday was a day of two halves, all business in the morning then all self care in the afternoon /evening. Ringing, ironing and food prep all done. After sitting reading for a while letting dinner go down, I did two workouts, followed by a foot sock moisturise and a facial sheet mask. A great way to end the weekend and wind down.
My physical state is:

My physical state is a result of:
I did two workouts. The first of the new Pilates series, which was brilliant as well as quite tough, followed by the first one in my new Cycle. It was a kettlebell session and I used my 10kgs for most of it, except the overhead tricep dips and overhead press, I used my 8kgs for those. I want to increase my weights this cycle and stop taking the easy path to get the reps in.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Blood test for blood pressure annual check up.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Positive and productive day.
My desired emotion for today is:
Flowing.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I don’t often get to workout on a Sunday and this weekend we weren’t having to dash off anywhere else, food prep was completed fairly quickly and I decided to move my body rather than veg on the sofa. And I’m very glad I did.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
