My current feeling:
Invested.
My current thoughts are:
I want to spend some quality time reflecting on SOSI work. I listen to the podcast, I watch the classes, Q&As and bonus trainings, I print off the worksheets. I vaguely think about the topic, but rarely ever complete the worksheets, or really sit and think about it. Even the basic stuff like identifying my core values. If I’m really going to get the benefit of this work, I really need to put some work in.
My physical state is:
Ready.
My physical state is a result of:
Took a rest day yesterday, although did some walking and ringing. I could have done a workout before breakfast but talked myself out of it. Won’t get to do one today or tomorrow either, so need to up my cardio load somehow.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prep for the week ahead.
2) Clear the ironing pile.
3) Make good use of downtime, be happy about the way I’m doing what I’m doing at any moment.
My desired emotion for today is:
Prepared.
I am a woman who:
Sets herself up positively.
Today I will let go of:
Time wasting.
Today I choose to add:
Action.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Playtime with little E.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
She was a bit tired and quiet to start with but after a little while started to talk and run arond. I think she just needed a bit of recovery time after a busy morning. We let her pick a plant for her mummy and some flower seeds for herself. It was lovely to see her even for just a couple of hours.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I want to be more purposeful about using my time productively. There are things I could, or should be doing that sometimes I don’t because they’re not priority, or I can’t be bothered or I talk myself out of them, in favour of doing nothing much instead. I want to take an inventory of how l spend my time, so I can see how much time I waste on pointless things, like scrolling social media, or playing games. I don’t consider reading a waste of time. There is always enough time, its how we choose to fill it that makes the difference.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
I’m 182lbs this morning. That’s exactly 13 stone. Can I be under 13 stone by the end of next week?
