My current feeling:
Pleased.
My current thoughts are:
I’m pleased with how I spent my day yesterday. There was plenty of productive time, and even the “down” time, I enjoyed how I spent it. Before ringing I’d done some indoor stepping for 30mins to get some extra exercise in. Cleared the ironing pile before lunch. Prepped food for the week ahead straight afterwards. Read for a little while when C went out. Also did a bit of dancing around the lounge to some of my favourite tunes. C came back for a little while, then went out again. I used that time to do some admin and send emails ahead of a meeting I was chairing. C didn’t get come until 11pm so I read some more, and danced some more. I even did a face and footmask.
My physical state is:
Rested.
My physical state is a result of:
Even though I did extra steps, ringing and lots of dancing I felt rested and slept better, so feel more rested and ready today.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Focused deep work.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Trying new recipes to stay healthy and lose weight.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
Starts her week with purpose.
Today I will let go of:
Time wasting.
Today I choose to add:
Action.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
I offered my support, despite my misgivings.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
A few years ago I offered help in a certain situation and it was rather umceremonially thrown back in my face. It would have been so much easier to let me do it, but it ended up fracturing some relationships beyond repair. A similar situation has arisen again and I was wrestling whether or not to offer help again. Part of me wants to stay away but the overriding feeling is to help because I can. Eventually I did tell C that I would be prepared to help if asked. He said he would bring it up at the appropriate time. I daresay it will be rejected again but at least I offered.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Need to be fully appraised of whatever is going on with one of my projects as its impacting timelines.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Get out the unnecessary.
