My current thoughts are:
I found an app yesterday which allows you to track how you spend your time. You can customise it to include all the main activities you do. Everytime you start something new, start the appropriate timer. At the end of the day it gives you a summary as a pie chart and percentages, of how your day evolved. It’s really interesting how it clearly shows how much time is wasted each day. I’m going to try to use it to help me focus on more productivity and less wasted time, energy and effort.
My physical state is:
Lurgy.

Feels like a cold is in coming. Raging sore throat and a bit of sneezing yesterday. Hopefully it won’t be too bad, or linger too long.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Using my time more productively.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout before learners practice.
My desired emotion for today is:
Interest.
I am a woman who:
is interested in learning, and being more productive.
Today I will let go of:
distraction.

concentration.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Circle is the new SOSI community platform. They’re moving off of Facebook. Its taken a minute to get used to the new layouts and sections, but I’ve got it now. I posted about my new time tracker and a few people asked about it. I also posted a photo of my lunch yesterday in the Slim Self Image section to inspire others.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Tidy things up at work before my week off next week.
