My current feeling:
Powerful.

My current thoughts are:
A great day at the office yesterday. A couple of important project meetings where I held my own and pushed for information to assist decision making. I did some good written work inbetween for other projects. A workout before taking our learners to Sandon for practice where they held their own and did better than some of the locals. Today, Mum has her Nephrology appointment she wants me to attend with her. I’m ready to fight for action to address the underlying problem and won’t let it go until its sorted.

My physical state is:
strong.

My physical state is a result of:
A 20 min barre workout really hammered the glutes last night. I’m surprised they’re not hunting too much this morning.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Summarise information to take to decision panel tomorrow.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout or two.

My desired emotion for today is:
Satisfied.

I am a woman who:
will push for what’s needed.

Today I will let go of:
listening to excuses.

Today I choose to add:
Persistence.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Ensuring the right people are in the room.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Discussion was needed about an issue discovered affecting a small cohort of patients and documentation. I got the right people together to have a conversation about it and agreed there was no clinical risk to worry about, provided a fix that is being tested today works.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Purposefully fill my day with positive action that moves me toward my signature goal and word of the year.
