Relaxed

My current feeling:
Relaxed.

My current thoughts are:
A successful day yesterday and a better night’s sleep has me feeling quite relaxed as I head into my week off. I do have several things to do today. A workshop at 10am so I’d have to log wito my work laptop for that. Its part of a series so I can’t really afford to miss it. It’s only an hour. Then food prep as I didn’t get time yesterday. I’ll have time for proper workouts before ringing this evening. Time for a bit of reading too probably.

My physical state is:
Rested.

My physical state is a result of:
I slept better last might and can breathe better this working. I do feel a bot achy physically but I’m sure once I get moving I’ll be fine.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Food prep for a good week ahead.
2) Full workout routines.
3) Time to relax.

My desired emotion for today is:
Unhurried.

I am a woman who:
does not need to rush.

Today I will let go of:
work related issues.

Today I choose to add:
self care.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Almost forgot I had a meeting last night.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I almost forgot about a meeting that I was due to chair last night. As it happened all was well, everyone turned up. We had a good discussion, and planned our next few actions. I seem to be taking the lead on arranging the next session after the AGM.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I don’t want to waste this week away. I want to have something positive and productive to be able to say I’ve done at the end of each day.
