Expectant

My current feeling:
Expectant.

My current thoughts are:
I started to feel better yesterday. Less sneezing, breathing better, did two workouts without too much problem. Only to wake this morning uncontrollably sneezing hard, running nose, raging sore throat again and thick head. I had hoped my cold was on the way out. I’m hoping today will be a good day. We’re out to the theatre this evening to watch a comedian. I hope she’s worth it. The last time we did that we were disappointed.

My physical state is:
Good.

My physical state is a result of:
Other than the cold symptoms my body feels good. I did a 20 mins HIT session, followed by 15 mins hardcore abs. That and lots of heavy bell ringing last night.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Finding some easy use, good body moisturiser.
2) Completing some admin.
3) Comedy show at the theatre.

My desired emotion for today is:
Ease.

I am a woman who:
can flow from one thing to the next easily.

Today I will let go of:
Rushing.

Today I choose to add:
Comfort.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
We only had one learner in the end last night, so we tried some new tricks with her. She has got a place on the Ringing Course in April and we’ll need to help her get to comfortable position to be able to hold her own. We started to build the building blocks of the method she’ll be doing by getting her to plain hunt, then dodge in 3-4 down each time. It meant the rest of us weren’t quite being legit in what we were doing but it helped with the exercise. It was good fun and she did very well.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Clear my inbox.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Get dosed up before we go out tonight so I’m not coughing and sneezing all through the show.
