Forgiving

My current feeling:
Forgiving.

My current thoughts are:
Yesterday wasn’t the dynamic focused work day I’d hoped for. By the time I’d filtered out the dross emails there were only a couple that required further reading or action. They didn’t take long to deal with. Beyond that, I’m waiting for information from others to be able to move forward. So, I got distracted with catching up on SOSI work. Today should be better though as I have several meetings in the diary to occupy me, even if they don’t result in any actual work to do.

My physical state is:
Waiting.

My physical state is a result of:
I will finally get to do a workout this evening but now I’m undecided about which one to do!

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Active participation.
3) Workout.

My desired emotion for today is:
Resolute.

I am a woman who:
is resolved to the current situation but will do better.

Today I will let go of:
worry.

Today I choose to add:
mindfulness.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Learners did really well.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
All 3 Learners back to it last night. One even had her first go at Plain Bob Doubles on an inside bell, without anyone standing with her. Later on, when were people arrived, she also had a go at Plain Hunt Triples which she’d never done before.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Shift a pound or two and be more active.

Gotta find something for C for his birthday by tomorrow.
