Discerning

My current feeling:
Discerning.

My current thoughts are:
I like that word, and have already considered it as my WOTY for next year. Today I want to be discerning about what I do, consume, say, how I behave, dress and speak. I think it fits well with being magnetic as it sets up for magnetic thinking. I’m going to be more discerning about what I do today and do everything with and for a purpose.

My physical state is:
Needy.

My physical state is a result of:
More ringing last night meant no workout, but I’m ready for one this evening and across the weekend to make up for lack recently.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Changing my vista on life.
3) Committment in everything I do.

My desired emotion for today is:
Purposeful.

I am a woman who:
does and says things for and with a purpose.

Today I will let go of:
wandering aimlessly.

Today I choose to add:
joy.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Scored the quarter peal last night with no errors.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Straight from work out to ringing a quarter peal for two of the participants 200th together. I made no errors at all, and actually quite enjoyed it. However, it did mean we didn’t get home until nearly 8pm and then have dinner, so pretty late to be eating really.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I have promised to take all R’s unwanted teddy bears to a charity tomorrow for their Easter tombola. I hope they realise how mainly they’re going to be getting! Will be good to finally get them out of R’s room, make it more spacious for her when she does come to stay next.
