My current thoughts are:
Another underutilised word. The sun is shining, as it has been for a few days now. My commutes to and from work have been in day light, spring is showing its face everywhere. I have lots to do today but I’m determined to do it with a lightness and ease. I’ll be dropping off sack loads of cuddlies to a charity later today which will create so much more room in R’s bedroom and kickstart plans to sort her room out, redecorate, rearrange the furniture and make it a nicer room for her, and others to stay in. Got lots of short sharp admin tasks to do, and getting a haircut, and time for workouts.
My physical state is:
Amazing.
My physical state is a result of:
A 30 min HIIT combo last night. 10 moves, 3 rounds of increasing time. I blasted through all of it except the last round of burpees. Really pushed myself and loved the energy.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Haircut.
2) Deliver teddies for charity.
3) Relish everyting I do.
My desired emotion for today is:
Happy.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I’ve passed the first two modules with distinction, only getting one question wrong on each. I had time yesterday to learn all about macronutrients.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Clear some of those little admin tasks.
