My current thoughts are:
Satisfied and in harmony. Enjoyed my more “restful” day yesterday. I must have walked into town fast as my watch kicked in and recorded it as a run! After ringing I cleared all the ironing pile. After lunch did food prep for the week ahead, then read for a while. I didn’t fancy my cycle workout so did a strength in menopause one instead, followed by an abs finisher. I finished the evening off with some self care and a sheet face mask to relaydrate my face. A much needed, slower pace to the day.

My physical state is:
Recovering.

My physical state is a result of:
My cycle workouts mostly seem to be AMRAPS and hardcore HIIT and I didn’t think I’d manage one of those, as my pecs were still sore. I opted for a full body Strength in Menopause workout instead which gently stretched my sore muscles. I used 5kgs dumbbells throughout. I followed that with an abs finisher. Felt good afterwards, got a good sweat on. Muscles feel much better this morning.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Freshly squeezed grape and apple juice.
3) Totally on track meals and snacks.

My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

I am a woman who:
Enters her working week with ease.

Today I will let go of:
Hurry.

Today I choose to add:
Peace.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Achieved everything I intended to this weekend.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Got rid of toys, created opportunities for exercise, did some admin, read, ate well, cleared the ironing, took time for self care, and relaxed into it.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Got another busy week ahead, in the evenings anyway. Will need to find time to workout.
