My current feeling:
Awesome.

My current thoughts are:
Smashed the presentation yesterday. Sat through the entire meeting listening to senior colleagues take on board what I was saying, questioning, clarifying, challenging. I felt it was an energetic discussion that came out with a solid way forward that I can assist with. I really enjoyed being in the room and watching the dynamics.

My physical state is:
Strong.

My physical state is a result of:
Did a 20 min light dumbbell workout first thing, as we’re going to be travelling all day. Don’t be fooled. I thought I could do it with my 3kgs, only to immediately have to drop to my 1.5kgs and even some of that was hard.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Early morning workout.
2) Travel to York.
3) Explore a bit before tomorrow’s conference.

My desired emotion for today is:
Energised.

I am a woman who:
is taking care of all areas in life.

Today I will let go of:
belittling myself.

Today I choose to add:
conversation.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Contacted my financial adviser last night to let him know I’ve got some extra money to put into my pension.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
With extra savings I put away each month from whatever is left in my current account, plus some of the staff lottery win money I can put a decent lump sum into the pension fund to boost it a bit.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Conference starts tomorrow. Charm the room. Engage. Listen and learn.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
Packed my workout gear and mini resistance bands. Planning on hotel room, early morning workouts.
