I’ve been doing a Diet & Nutrition Advisors Diploma on line which has 14 modules. I’ve completed 8 with flying colors so far. What I’m noticing is my heightened awareness of the effect certain foods are having on my body. Over the weekend I ate loads of high fat, high sodium, high carbs and still have the taste of salt in the roof of my mouth. Last night we had wine with dinner and when I woke from my post dinner nap, I had a bit of a headache. Its taking time to shift the extra weight I put on over the weekend, despite being back on plan, eating fresh and nutrient full meals but I’m hoping now I’m back on it, it will shift, and then some. I typed what I’d eaten over the last 24hrs into Copilot and asked it, based on what I’d eaten, which type of diet am I most closely following, it suggested mediterranean based on the food I’d listed. Very interesting.

30 minute core power session yesterday. There were so many great quotes from Leroy I wish I could have written down at the time.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Dressing elegantly.
3) Staying connected.

This is becoming one of my favourite rituals on a Wednesday evening to go through a recipe book and decide which meals we’ll have in the coming week. I go through the Body Coach app and do the same for my breakfasts lunches, snacks for the working week.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Admin heavy tomorrow. Got to be focussed and determined.
