My current feeling:
Feckfull.
My current thoughts are:
Full of vigour and industriousness. Lots to do today but no need to rush or feel overwhelmed about it. I enjoyed my time home alone last night. I could have used that time more productively and made a start on some admin, or chores, but I chose to use the time to relax, read, dance around the louge and watch tv. The slightly alarming part was I ended up having a nap and didn’t hear C come home at all. I woke up and he was sitting on the sofa reading. Anyone could have entered the house and stolen stuff, or murdered me in my sleep.
My physical state is:
Sore.
My physical state is a result of:
I try to do every workout in my cycle at least once. This one I’d been putting off because even on paper it sounded exhausting. However, I pressed play. I didn’t keep up, didn’t do all the moves every time, didn’t always last until the timer, and certainly didn’t do the 15 full, chest to floor burpees at the end. But, I did push myself, did about two thirds of it overall, raised my heartrate and got sweaty. Can definitely feel it across my shoulders and lower back this morning. Glad I attempted it at least but unlikely to want to do it again.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Fresh flowers for the first time in a while.
2) Lots of tiny admin tasks to do.
3) 30 min dumbbell strength workout.
My desired emotion for today is:
Productive.
I am a woman who:
does stuff.
Today I will let go of:
distraction.
Today I choose to add:
achievement.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Passed modules 7 and 8 of Diet and Nutrition course.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
Another 100% and 93% pass. Its been really interesting doing this course and learning about how foods can support health and certain conditions. Certainly helps me consider how I can support my body during ageing and menopause.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Clear a lot of small admin tasks and maybe eat the frog.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from your future:
I’m making a list, checking it twice, finding out which tasks are naughty or nice.
