My current feeling:
Delighted.

My current thoughts are:
Yesterday was a good, productive yet relaxed day. Did a bit of retail therapy in the morning, but made sure I bought fresh flowers, and Mum’s birthday present. Also treated myself. Made myself an epic ploughman’s lunch which was all on plan; simple, clean and very filling. Got lots of admin done and cleared lots of small tasks that all add up. Read for a while. Did a 30 minute dumbbell workout. Ate a beautiful dinner, then relaxed for the rest of the evening. A bit of everything.

My physical state is:
Tricep DOMS.

My physical state is a result of:
I used my 5kgs throughout. I got my 3kgs out ready to drop if necessary, but persuaded myself to stick with the 5’s. I was still a bit sore from the previous days workout but got warmed up and cracked on. My shoulders and triceps are feeling it this morning. Not necessarily good when you’ve got 3 hrs of ringing to do today.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Peal attempt this morning.
2) Chilled afternoon.
3) Relaxed evening.

My desired emotion for today is:
Chilled.

I am a woman who:
doesn’t need to do much today.

Today I will let go of:
feeling like I have to do stuff.

Today I choose to add:
relaxation.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Buying clothes that fit my size.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
I bought some new tshirts yesterday. Partly to refresh and chuck out old ones from my cupboard, but mostly because, as I’ve changed size, shape and style, I wanted ones that fitted better. I found a couple that appeal to my Italian vibe too.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Lots of ironing to do, food prep to complete, and maybe either some ringing or a meeting about ringing.

Try not to volunteer for stuff. You’ve got enough on your plate for the moment.
