Buzzing

My current feeling:
Buzzing.

My current thoughts are:
Went from having very little energy on Saturday, to too much of it on Sunday. Kept moving from the get go. Completed the massive ironing pile. Did lots of workouts and extra moves, plus ringing. Was energised throughout the meeting and ended up sharing my offer to step in as Secretary for a year whilst they sort stuff out properly rather than rush it. That was approved but I’m sure there were a few people on that call who didn’t like the idea, but given the current situation was partly their making, and they’ve done little about trying to resolve it, it was the only offer on the table. I made it quite clear the terms on which the offer was made. We’ll see how it pans out.

My physical state is:
Alive.

My physical state is a result of:
20 mins nordic stepping followed by 10 reps of several weighted moves. Walk into town, ringing, walk home again. A full 25 minute full body dumbbell combo workout. Mostly using 7.5 kgs. Some dancing around the house, then active movement until about 10pm.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Fresh, clean food.
3) Only one learner for practice tought, so targeted just for them.

My desired emotion for today is:
Upbeat.

I am a woman who:
feels energised again.

Today I will let go of:
self neglect.

Today I choose to add:
self confidence.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today.
Time for self care too.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Even had time for a 20 min sheet face mask as an act of self care before C got home.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Magnetism.
