My current thoughts are:
My mindset is on the verge of another shift. I can sense it coming. Over the last few interactions with people who usually trigger me, I’ve managed to stay calm, start conversations with them, and not dwell on what I read into their voice, actions or non actions. One SOSI phrase that keeps falling into my head is “let the people people’. Let them say and do what they’re going to and move on. Its really helped. I can feel a shift in my confidence around them and willingness to speak up.

Ready to start the final few workouts in this cycle before checking in again a Saturday. Doubt I have lost any weight this time. But can’t have it everytime, otherwise it would be too easy. Will fit in a workout before learners practice tonight.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Maybe meet up with a colleague for coffee.
2) Workout.
3) Learners practice.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
My friend kindly spent time considering my magnetic attributes and offered insight into what I could develop more. I asked Copilot to come up with a summary of the good and bad points and an action log for developing the weaker areas. I now have some solid ideas on how to move forward.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Start sorting oversized clothes out of the wardrobe and reducing the amount of clothes I have and never wear.
