My 30 Day Goal is:
Preparation.

Current Thought:
I’ve finally got around to redoing this journal layout into the new SOSI Curated Day format. The idea is its more aligned to making progress towards your monthly goal and ultimately your Signature Goal for the year. I never really set a signature goal. I guess it would be a combination of several things including lose weight, be financially ready for early retirement next year, and to sort R’s bedroom out. I’m thinking for the rest of this year I could potentially have a different 30 day goal that works towards one of those at a time. Its a few days before the end of a month so I’m going to spend that time preparing to make proper 30 day goals.

Current Emotion:
Confused.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has an extra day because having taken annual leave yesterday, I keep thinking it’s Saturday today. I have got ahead of myself.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I am ready for a shift.

I feel:
I need to do the work, not just consume.

I do:
1) Workout first thing (body).
2) Continue reading Butter by Asako Yuzuki (mind).
3) Rest and recover (soul).

Future Self Pep Talk:
I’m so glad I spent that time working out, making my body fitter, healthier and stronger. Well done on doing the workout this morning, even though you could have easily left it for today.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I finally put together a proposal for an award ringers have been offered. I used Al to assist in putting it together and it took 10 minutes rather than hours otherwise.
