My 30 Day Goal is:
Preparation.

Current Thought:
Just checked into the next cycle of workouts and fully intend to really focus this month. I put 1lb on but lost 1cm from my waist, everything else stayed the same. Fat loss will be the focus for next month.

Current Emotion:
Positive.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will ring to the best of her ability today during the two quarter peal attempts. Who will have a light, healthy lunch and mix easily and magnetically with others.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I am set up for a good day of activities and socialing.

I feel:
Ready for an active rest day.

I do:
1) Ringing two quarter peals and a healthy lunch. (body).
2) Keeping my mind on the methods and not making silly mistakes. (mind).
3) Relax into the day and go with the flow. (soul).

Future Self Pep Talk:
Sticking with ringing really has been a boost to mind body and soul. You’ve worked hard at a legacy good for the whole exerise and its helped you stay physically and mentally active and make friends.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I finally set up the template for the Studio Session end of month review of the Curated Day.
I went to see Mum and Dad for an hour or so yesterday. I stayed connected with them, even though Mum only wanted to talk about her hospital appointments. I drew Dad out and got him talking about the garden and was able to offer a solution for him to keep cats and squirrels away.
