Free of needing to rush about today. Apart from ringing this morning. I don’t need to be anywhere and can spend the day preparing breakfasts, lunches and snacks for my week ahead, and do one, maybe two workouts from my new cycle.

Starts the first day of British Summer Time with a light, airy, positive outlook.

I think:
Plenty of good things to come now the days are getting lighter, warmer and brighter.
I feel:
Energised into taking affirmative action.
I do:
1) (body) workout this afternoon when I have plenty of time.
2) (mind) continue reading Butter.
3) (soul) walk to town and back in the sunshine and notice the signs of spring and summer.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Thank you for taking care of our body. Being able to move freely, be strong and still independent is important for overall well being and happiness.
