Current Thought:
Ready. I have prepared the end of the month Studio Session review ready to start April will determination. I had a brilliantly productive day yesterday. Indoor walking, town, ringing, ironing, food prep, workout, reading, nap, meeting, admin, and a coversation with R.
Current Emotion:
Bright.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is awake, bright and positive. Magnetic mindframe to start the week in an upbeat way.

Ready to tackle any interaction, however difficult.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) read, learn.
3) (soul) get out in the fresh air.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Taking time for yourself is not selfish. It allows you the chance to reset, refocus and reflect on what’s happening around you. Making, and enjoying time by yourself allows you to get to know yourself a little better too. You should do more of what you enjoy.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really enjoyed yesterday. Had the afternoon to myself and got food prep done, ironing done then did the first workout in my new cycle and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was no hustle, no pressure, no rush. I read, relaxed and enjoyed my own conversation with R. Even the meeting in the evening seemed easier.
