Results

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Results are starting to show already and it’s only been 2 days. I’ve been tracking my water intake more accurately and managed 2.1L and a calorie deficit of nearly 800 yesterday. The number of times I needed to wee wasn’t funny but, I didn’t have any issues whilst working out. The scales dropped 2lbs this morning.

Current Emotion:
Excited.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Plans her weekly menu in advance and sticks to it.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I need to plan for days out this weekend where food choices will be limited. Don’t want to sabotage this week’s good efforts.

I feel:
more in control.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) Latest SOSI monthly classes.
3) (soul) a quiet evening at home.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Sorting your wardrobe out, removing items that no longer physically fit, or fit your style has been liberating. It’s all good quality stuff that gets to have a second life with someone else.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
2lbs down in 24hrs. The power of drinking a lot of water and clearing out toxins.
