My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Managed just over 2L of water yesterday and was within cardio load. That’s only because I bought 2 bottles of water and drank them on the car journeys, and when we walked to and from E’s, I moved quickly so my watch counted it as a run. The rest of the day was a leisurely walk around a stately house, whilst little E did an easter egg hunt. I enjoyed my food and had ice cream so that’s going to be a gain on the scales tomorrow when we get home, but I’m not bothered, I enjoyed what I ate.

I do:
1) (body) walking up the steep hill in the city, climbing the steps and bellringing at St Mary’s.
2) (mind) final few hours with little E, so playful and happy.
3) (soul) rest and relax as we travel back home.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Having a couple of days off plan is ok. You get back on it quickly and whatever gains you made came off again. You can enjoy family time.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Played with ChatGPT turning photos of people into different characters. Little E loved being turned into a Disney princess, and I sent mum and dad one of them as Vikings they found fun. I’ve turned one of me into various classic queens including Mediaeval, Tudor, Egyptian, Roman and Greek godesses. Good fun.
